Contact and requests
When you contact us or request pilot access, we use the information you send — such as email, website, name and message — to respond, review the request and continue the conversation.
Project data
Inside a private client project, Priorivo may store the website address, project settings, membership and invitations, opportunities, evidence, proposals, decisions, execution state, baselines and measured results. Project data is not part of the public website.
Google Search Console
Search Console is not connected until you knowingly complete the Google authorization step. Priorivo requests read-only access and uses it to read available pages, queries, clicks, impressions and other search-performance data. This permission does not allow Priorivo to change your website through Google.
Google read-only scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly
Website and WordPress connections
If you connect a supported website platform, Priorivo may store technical connection details, discovered connector capabilities and an encrypted reference to a revocable application-level credential. For WordPress, Priorivo does not ask for your primary password. Capabilities that are not proven safe remain read-only.
Payments
When paid activation is available, Priorivo may store the order, amount, currency, payment state, provider reference and its relationship to the customer and project. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure hosted page; Priorivo does not collect or store them in its own application.
Supported website changes
If you approve a supported change, Priorivo may store the exact plan, snapshot, verification hashes, execution state and rollback evidence required to make the workflow safe. If the connector cannot perform the change deterministically enough, the automatic action should not run.
Disconnecting and deletion
Google and supported connectors can be disconnected through the supported process. You can request deletion of a client project by contacting Priorivo. Technical backups may temporarily retain an older copy according to the backup lifecycle; this is not a promise of immediate deletion from every historical backup.
Optional marketing measurement
Priorivo works without marketing analytics. If you explicitly allow it, we use our own first-party pseudonymous identifier to measure the path from a public page through Free Scan to paid Focus. We may store bounded UTM/gclid attribution, locale, funnel events and the external referrer hostname — not the full URL. Analytics does not store your email, password, Google token or payment-card data. Measurement records are retained for no more than 90 days and the privacy choice for no more than 180 days. You can refuse or later withdraw consent through Privacy choices.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate, secure, measure and evaluate the relevant project or meet applicable operational and legal obligations. We do not want pilot projects to become an indefinite store of data without a purpose.
Who can access it
A normal public visitor cannot access private project data. Clients see only projects they are authorized to access. Administrative access is separated from client access.
